O.U.i was imagined by Pierre Aulas. To translate our sensory universe into olfactory forms, Pierre surrounded himself with the most celebrated Master Perfumers: Amandine Clerc-Marie, Nathalie Lorson, Olivier Cresp and Fabrice Pellegrin.
Their fragrances, these fresh and subtle elixirs, derive their delicacies from the essence of Grasse. Created from five exceptional plants, grown in Grasse itself you can sense the perfect equilibrium between rose de mai, lavender, mimosa flowers, violet leaves and sage.

Discreet and unassuming, Amandine Clerc-Marie prefers to let her olfactory creations speak for themselves. A lifelong passion for raw materials, with her since childhood, naturally led her to Firmenich in 2011, a perfumery firm recognized for designing luxurious, natural and innovative fragrances. Like us, her heart is in each of her creations, so she told us oui.
Generous in everything she does, Nathalie believes in the power of teamwork and the ideas that emerge from it. Her limitless creativity draws inspiration from Japanese minimalism, especially expressing the qualities of raw materials like rose or coffee bean. A true artist, she refines her creations until they exist in perfect harmony.
For Olivier, appreciating the scent of things is a family affair. Originally from Grasse, the home of haute parfumerie, he inherited his taste for perfumery from his great-grandfather who loved and cultivated flowers with passion. From that passions comes an unparalleled thoughtfulness which can be found in each of his creations. A thoughtfulness that he tirelessly nurtures, like cultivating a garden. Indeed, for Olivier there is no such thing as chance in perfumery, a real perfume is only born when we fearlessly explore our own feelings. This is the case for all of the iconic fragrances he creates many of which are global successes.
Patience is a word that does not exist in Fabrice’s dictionary. He has the words carpe diem engraved on the back of his watch, like an anchor for his restless soul. Born in Grasse, he learned his profession alongside the best perfumers in the city, always an attentive and diligent student. This is what makes him a true artist, known for creations that always become hits.
